TBV NHK broadcast this evening broadcast, the tsunami was predicted to have a wave height of 1 meter. Community asked to immediately evacuate to a higher location.
Thursday night's epicenter was located in 118 km north of Fukushima. The power is very strong earthquake and felt in Tokyo.
