Sebastian Vettel has committed to stay with Red Bull Racing. According to Autosport, the German rider will still defend the team bearing the bull until the end of the season 2014.
Currently, the Formula 1 world champion contract with Red Bull only until the end of this season, with an option to extend until 2012. But according to some sources, Vettel has already agreed to the clause that makes it will stay with Red Bull for three years.
Actually, Vettel and the team continues to hold talks during the winter because the Red Bull want for the youngest world champion last longer in the sport. It is believed, Vettel also agreed with the plan of the team so that new contracts can be realized, and is expected to happen before the series debut in 2011 in Australia, 27 March.
Red Bull motorsport advisor Helmut Marko said, conclusions about the new contract is imminent.
"This is an agreement of mutual benefit if we extend the contract until 2014 Sebastian,"said Marko. "Both sides want to continue the partnership, until it is no big deal."
